Well, can’t really blame them. Its an ad-driven website and if you are using their RSS feed – it means that you are not visiting the website and so not really looking at the ads.
I am happy that they are atleast specifying “ADVERTISEMENT” in capital letters to not confuse the readers.

you can add one more site to your annoyance.. desipundit has also started using yahoo ads in feeds.

Yeah I noticed that! And they have Ads in every post of the feed.
There is a workaround to filter them: disallow HTML tags in your news reader.
